Where I’m based: Vancouver, Canada

What I do: I lead marketing operations and projects for growth, performance, and brand teams. Over the last 10+ years I’ve worked agency and brand side in DTC, with brands including Robinhood, Oura, Poshmark, DoorDash, NordicTrack, and Hims & Hers. In a previous life, I worked in operations and sales for a mushroom business.

What I’m up to right now: Leveling up the Growth team at Honeylove. I’m building the creative, production, and media workflows behind our growth and acquisition work, integrating tools and systems, and centralizing knowledge so the team can move faster and hit its goals. Right now that means:

• Scaling our agency model: Building the partnership structure for 6 agencies so they plug into our goals, work as one team, and ramp up fast

• Building a multi-channel growth engine: Designing the operating system that lets us scale creative and media across 7 channels (Meta, Amazon, YouTube, Pinterest, Podcast, UGC/Influencer, and TikTok Shop)

• Connecting Ecom and Growth: Aligning both teams around our biggest revenue moments, like promotions and product launches, so we plan together and show up as one brand
