Heidi started her career in marketing at GREY, managing integrated campaigns across digital, broadcast TV, print, and D/OOH for clients including BC Ferries, the Government of BC, and World Vision.

Heidi continued at Here Be Monsters, an independent branding agency, working as an account manager with the founders, servicing clients such as Wesgroup to develop brand design, social content for projects like River District.

Heidi led Oyster & King’s strategic shift from wholesale to e-commerce and direct-to-home delivery for 20+ farms and producers — generating PDP and social content for 200+ SKUs, and leading support operations to provide her community with fresh local produce.

Heidi then joined Ready Set – a creative and performance agency and Meta Business Partner in SF. As their fifth hire, she was a core contributor to growing critical functions (Client Success, HR, Creative Operations, Production and Post-Production) to $1M MRR and 260 people globally and fuelled $250M+ in ad spend.

As a Consultant then Associate Director, Heidi led internal teams and collaborated with clients to scale production, acquire new customers, enter new markets and launch products with multi-language paid social/digital, CTV/OTT and D/OOH campaigns. Industries include fintech (Robinhood, Brex, Revolut, Coinbase), health and wellness (Oura, Hims and Hers), food and beverage (DoorDash, ButcherBox) marketplace (Grab, Poshmark, Mercari), fashion, automotive, and solar. While managing a team and client portfolio, she also oversaw CX for the public beta of Airpost.ai: an AI-enabled creative production product (an offshoot of readyset.co) – now $4.1M seed-funded.

Heidi then took a career break to travel to Berlin, The Hague, Mallorca, Barcelona, Vienna, Puglia, London, Amsterdam, O'ahu, and Medellín; run medium-to-long distances; relocate; and test and integrate new tools into her workflow.

Currently, Heidi is working across product, growth, brand and content marketing with the leadership team at Moola Money. Moola is a pre-seed fintech start-up empowering people with a holistic understanding and confidence in their financial situation, beliefs, habits, risks and goals. Moola is in private beta, partnered with the NVIDIA Inception Program and Barclays Eagle Labs.

Heidi has lived in Montreal, Honolulu, San Francisco, Shanghai and is currently located in Vancouver where she is open to collaborations locally and abroad.
